Cancellation Policy
1. Notice Required
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
2. Late Cancellations
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 20% of the service price.
3. No-Shows
• If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, a $50 no-show fee will be charged before booking your next session.
4. Package Clients
• If you purchased a package, a missed session without proper notice will be deducted from your package.
5. Grace Period for Rescheduling
• We allow one emergency exception per client for genuine last-minute situations (illness, urgent matters) if notified as soon as possible.
6. Late Arrivals
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a late cancellation fee.
